Petworth House (NT), Amberley Chalk Museum, Arundel (Wild Fowl Trust) and Wetlands Trust, horse racing at Goodwood and Fontwell Park, and the Roman Palace at Fishbourne are all within easy reach as are Chichester, Portsmouth and the lively resort of Brighton. Lovely walking can be enjoyed on the South Downs, close by. Shop and pub 0.5 miles.
